Orange Butter Cake






Incase you are curious about the cake, this is an orange butter cake I tried(with swirl flowers on). I wish there was a cup of coffee/tea when I had it. It took me a while to ice the entire cake. Simply because I prefer less icing on my cake. It will be much easier to add more icing and trim/decorate it, honestly. Lesson learned: Sometimes you just have to stick with certain baking rules! You can see some uneven parts on the side of my cake. Such a far cry from perfect. One of our classmates, Janice was so kind that she ordered a famous butter cake from Nancy Chong and shared with entire class. The cake was yummy, not too sweet and just the way I like it:)
