I tried out different recipes for pineapple tart and the one that contains cream cheese is my favorite! However, the lines on crust looked sort of melted when it got out from the oven. Perhaps the cream cheese should be reduced next round. For some reason most people like the type that has the pineapple paste wrapped with the dough. And normally this type has a slightly different recipe that the one that has pineapple paste right on top of the crust. You do need the right tools and some patience to make that. Tips: Make everything from scratch including the pineapple paste because its tastes so much better.
