Lemon Cheesecake

I made a lemon cheesecake but this time its replaced with some orange rind to give the tangy flavor. The result was fantastic. Reason being, I ran out of time to get the lemon zest so there went the improvisation. You can actually see the trace of orange rind on the sliced cheesecake.

Yes, it is a rich cheesecake. I plan on making the soft & fluffy Japanese cheesecake next time. Stay tuned!
